Tpolis LMS collects and processes personal data necessary for the operation of the learning management system. This includes: name, email address, and educational activity data.
All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Access to personal data is restricted based on user roles. Administrators have access to user management data, while individual users can only access their own profile information.
Data is retained for the duration of the user's account. Upon account deletion by an administrator, all associated personal data is permanently removed from the system.
Tpolis LMS uses secure session management with automatic timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity. All communications are encrypted.
